An EMOM timer with a taskmaster beep.

Every minute on the minute — set the interval, set the rounds, and let the beep run the class.

No install, no app store. It’s a web page — your gym TV already runs it.

Built for the emom clock

EMOM — every minute on the minute — turns the clock into the coach: the work starts when the minute turns over, and the rest is whatever’s left. Great EMOM timers do two things well: they’re readable across the room, and their beep cuts through barbells hitting the floor.

Set the interval (it doesn’t have to be 60 seconds — anything from 5 seconds to 10 minutes), the number of rounds, and an optional prep count. Round pips across the bottom show where the class is, and the end-of-round alert is a proper gym-loud beep, with an optional spoken 3-2-1 countdown.

How it works

  1. Set the interval60 seconds is classic, but anything from :05 to 10:00 works — E2MOM, E90S, whatever the whiteboard says.
  2. Set the roundsUp to 99. Round pips show progress at a glance.
  3. Turn up the beepChoose the loud gym beep, a standard tone, or a spoken countdown for the final seconds of every round.
  4. Fullscreen itAny TV with a browser runs it. No app, no install, no cables besides the one already in the TV.

The clock that wears your box.

  • Your name, your colors, your logo across the top of every screen in the gym — the timer becomes yours at yourbox.wodfoundry.com.
  • Athlete demos on the clock — male and female athletes demo air squats, deadlifts, burpees, and thrusters inside the ring while the class works.
  • A custom demo athlete or mascot rendered in your gym’s kit — one-time add-on, yours forever.
  • The custom-workout builder + saved timers — coaches build the day’s piece once and it’s on every screen.
  • Unlimited devices, no limits — every TV in the box and every coach’s phone.

EMOM timer FAQ

What is an EMOM workout?

EMOM means “every minute on the minute.” At the top of each minute you perform a fixed piece of work; whatever remains of the minute is your rest. It scales easily and keeps a whole class exactly in sync — as long as everyone can see and hear the clock.

Can the interval be longer than a minute?

Yes — set any interval from 5 seconds to 10 minutes, so E2MOM and E90S formats work exactly the same way.

Is it loud enough for a gym floor?

The end-of-round alert is a genuinely loud gym beep (with a standard tone and a spoken-countdown option). Run it through the TV speakers or a sound bar and it cuts through dropped barbells.

Is the EMOM timer free?

Yes — free at wodfoundry.com/timer, with free runs capped at 10 minutes per piece. The $29/mo gym plan removes limits and reskins the clock in your box’s name, colors, and logo.
