Every minute on the minute — set the interval, set the rounds, and let the beep run the class.
No install, no app store. It’s a web page — your gym TV already runs it.
EMOM — every minute on the minute — turns the clock into the coach: the work starts when the minute turns over, and the rest is whatever’s left. Great EMOM timers do two things well: they’re readable across the room, and their beep cuts through barbells hitting the floor.
Set the interval (it doesn’t have to be 60 seconds — anything from 5 seconds to 10 minutes), the number of rounds, and an optional prep count. Round pips across the bottom show where the class is, and the end-of-round alert is a proper gym-loud beep, with an optional spoken 3-2-1 countdown.

EMOM means “every minute on the minute.” At the top of each minute you perform a fixed piece of work; whatever remains of the minute is your rest. It scales easily and keeps a whole class exactly in sync — as long as everyone can see and hear the clock.
Yes — set any interval from 5 seconds to 10 minutes, so E2MOM and E90S formats work exactly the same way.
The end-of-round alert is a genuinely loud gym beep (with a standard tone and a spoken-countdown option). Run it through the TV speakers or a sound bar and it cuts through dropped barbells.
